MISSION
For de Arts is an artistic organization committed to producing and creating artistic experiences for and by women, minorities and the LGBT Community in order to ignite social change through conversation and interaction. 

 

VISION
This vast world is small and insular.  It is the segmentation of peoples that allow for basic human connections across racial and social to never fully form.   For de Arts believes that understanding can be created through the arts.  First with the heart, then with the head.
CORE VALUES
•Believes that respect and dignity are essential to social change.
•Believes that the art is at its best when the voices of the disenfranchised are fully expressed.
•Believes that historical context is as important as future goals.
